Reef Gate West is one of San Clemente’s premier “Resort Style Living” complexes located on the beach-front, just north of the San Clemente Pier. The location is possibly the finest in town, just steps to the ocean, the Pier, our local beach trail and the downtown area.

Reef Gate looks out onto panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Dana Point, Catalina & San Clemente Islands, as well as our frequent visitors – dolphins, pelicans and resident surfers. We have our own private beach access through a gated stairway which makes evening strolls a breeze. We also enjoy front row seats to the annual San Clemente 4th of July fireworks show on the Pier, the Summer Concert Series on the Beach and the Ocean Festival.

Reef Gate offers its residents security features including card reader at garage entrance & keyed entry, an exercise facility, a game room with a pool table and ping pong, a sauna and a heated outdoor pool and spa. In addition, we offer a facility called the Palmer Room for residents who want to host a large event. This facility comes with a full kitchen and is available for use for a nominal fee.

Reef Gate is a complex with 72 units – two to three bedroom condos from 1347 to 1575 sqft. Our complex has three separate buildings with elevator service & underground parking. In addition, each unit has it’s own separate storage unit for bikes, beach equipment, golf clubs, etc.
